2.3 Multi-Session Packages

If you purchase a package of multiple consultation sessions:

  • Full refund available before the first session if cancelled 48+ hours in advance
  • After the first session, refunds are prorated for unused sessions only
  • Individual session cancellation policies apply to remaining sessions

2.4 Subscription Services

If we offer subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods already paid
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
